All orders are processed strictly on 100% advance payment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)
Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only once the payment has been successfully received and verified in our account, which may take 2–3 working days.
Proof of Payment
Screenshots or payment slips alone are not considered valid proof. Orders will only be processed once the payment is fully reflected in our account.
No Refund / No Cancellation
All orders are final and non-refundable once placed. We do not accept cancellations or change-of-mind requests.
Defect Claims Only
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in the rare case of a genuine defect in the product.
Claim Process
Claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, After this period, we will not be able to take responsibility for any concerns
video (without cuts) is mandatory as proof.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Return & Inspection
In case of an approved defect claim, the item must be returned to us.
The refund will only be processed after we have received the dress and completed a thorough inspection.
Verification Process
Each claim will go through a careful internal review. Oni reserves the right to approve or reject a claim based on the evidence provided.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 6-7 working days.
Made-to-Order / Customised Pieces
All customized or made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Colour & Minor Variations
Slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or minor marks such as light chaapa stains may occur due to the handmade nature of our pieces and will not be considered defects.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for refunds.
Please note that our refund policy does not extend to cases where the customer simply changes their mind.
